1981, Establishing the Practice
Laurence (“Ren”) Henderson left his position in industry as Vice President of Finance and Administration of a public computer service firm to establish his public accounting practice in Oakville. The practice has succeeded through a continuous focus on services to small and medium sized businesses (“SME”) and the needs of their owners for financial planning and personal tax services.
2017, Amalgamation and New Partner
Erik Roller merged his partnership with Ren's firm and became a partner, bringing his extensive experience in public accounting and strong tax background to the new firm.
2020, New Beginnings
The firm moved to our new home at 113 Herald Avenue. The larger, newly renovated location was well equipped to serve our growing presence in the Oakville area. New staff with varying skill sets were added to the team as we grew into our new home.
2023, New Partners
2023 saw significant changes to the firm; Anne Bennington and Robert Dineen were admitted to the partnership bringing many years of experience advising on estate and trust tax issues, personal and corporate tax, assurance services, and management of large groups of companies to the forefront of the firm.
